P&M Paving is a family business. We built it in Pittsburgh, paving driveways, parking lots, and private roads for homeowners and businesses who wanted the job done right the first time.

Pittsburgh asphalt has to survive freezing winters, spring thaws, and heavy trucks. You learn fast that a surface is only as good as what’s underneath it. So every job starts the same way: proper grading, a solid base, and water that has somewhere to go.
